Description
As early as the 19th century, the building of today's brewery housed an inn with the name “Gallele”, probably named after the red eagle that adorns the inn sign. Although it is strategically located in the heart of Klausen the "Gallele" had to be closed at the end of the 1980s.
In 2005 Norbert and Helga Andergassen decided to renovate the premises to create a small brewhouse in the tool shed. Before starting production in 2006, Norbert visited several pubs and biergartens in Germany to glean useful know-how and gather ideas. In 2019 the brewhouse was completely renovated.

Textbook white lace over cristal clear pale golden beer. Malts/grains smelling from meters away. Medicinal aroma, mannah, smelling more of lavender than of basil - but a pizza does not seem far away. Dry, grainy, and faintly spicy (more than herbs). There’s a tad oxydaion. And again, the flavour presents more of a mix of (dry) lavender and dried origan. Again wholemeal, or speltmalt. Light body, (wheat???)slickness, but flavours falling away nearly totally. Quite interesting. There was fresh basil used for this experiment, and no doubt the fresh taste has faded away importantly since. Thanks to Hans B!

Party-fass, thanks Paul & Chris! Roast and butterscotch aroma. Hazy orange brown, nice golden brown lace. Fruity roast, some honey, nice herbal hops, unfortunately a fair amount of diacetyl as well, pleasant amount of rest-sweetness. Medium body, mellow dry mouthfeel.

Party fass, thanks for sharing Paul! Light sour roast aroma. Dark cloudy red-brown, lacing off-white head. Good fruity base, light lactic, roast, good hoppy balance. Fine chewyness, creamy sparkly mouthfeel. Quite drinkable, would love to try it from the tank..
