On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata scarica, limpida, schiuma media bianca, molto persistente. Al naso sentori di mollica di pane, fieno, erba tagliata. In bocca è meravigliosamente bilanciata, attacco maltato con finale amaro, secca e pulita. Corpo leggero, grande beva, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

On tap @luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di malto con note agrumate e di leggera resina. In bocca ha un attacco maltato deciso, dolce, con finale amaro ad equilibrare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Un po’ "old style", ma molto ben fatta.

In bocca è dolciastra all’attacco, frullato di banana, abbastanza ben equilibrata. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima weisse, tra le migliori mai bevute fuori dalla Germania.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Unfiltered rich golden pour, tick and irregular off-white foam. Nose: rustic notes of pale malt, a bit citric.
