Keg at Open Baladin, Roma, 23/09/16. Lightly hazed orange amber with a well appointed off White head. Nose is bready malts, cereals, grain husk, vanilla. Taste comprises caramel, yeast esters, bread dough, light spice, toasted grains, vanilla essence, hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent lager.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours a pale yellow color, a bit opalescent, with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma of milk bread, cereals, pumpkin seeds, grass, honey. Flavour is medium malty, perfectly balanced with a delicate bitterness, milky. Medium body, medium. Wow! This is a real masterpiece!
