Draught at Archea: pours amber with light beige head. Aroma is smoked meat and malts. Taste is smokey, somewhat sweet. Quite good, but downside is the body is a little thin.

Tap at Malt in Fossa, in Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours pale yellow, with fine white foam. Aroma had some lemony feeling. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is mid bitter. Final is average.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque brown, unattractive, with very fine white foam. Aroma is piney, hoppy, citrus, toffee. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is markedly bitter, even excessive, lacking a malty base. Final is long and (excessively) bitter.

Pours light amber with a slight bit of haziness. Average sized, quite dense per style white head. Very good retention and excellent lacing. Nicely vivid/fresh and quite deep aroma: crackery malt base, fresh grassiness, citric notes (grapefruit, tangerine, maybe citron), floral notes. Taste shows a rather strong sweet/soft foundation (there's some wheat malt), but it's perfectly balanced by strong bitterness. The overall taste experience is balanced in the mouth with a slight bitter edge in a semi-dry finish. Taste notes: crackery and slightly caramelly malts, strong grapefruit plus lighter citric notes (maybe tangerine and/or citron), floral notes, a bit of grassiness, a touch of hoppy spiciness. Nicely fresh/vivid and clean. Medium body with average to slightly above average carbonation. It's a small-bubbled, delicate carbo though, and mouthfeel feels actually quite soft per style, but still decently lively. Overall: a soft (in mouthfeel but not in taste) interpretation of the style. Highly appreciated.
