50cl bottle. Pours transparent, with very fine white foam. Aroma starts with intense cereal and bread, then it shows lots of herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly bitter. Final is relatively dry.

From tap at Open Baladin Rome. Clear pale straw colour. Dense and persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and tast of fresh citrus. hop bitterness and fresh pine shoots. Bitterness is lingering on. Very quaffable.

Bottle: Poured a coppery with a white lacing head. Aroma is yeasty, citrus, fruity. Taste is same with loads of yeast, fruit, citrus, soapy.

On tap at Lambiczoon. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Malty, fruity, citrus, tad sweet with nice bitter finish. Soft texture. Medium bodied. Easy drinkable.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianco sporco fine persistente, color ambrato velato, al naso è piacevole agrumi frutta gialla marmellata di pesche leggero zenzero miele, in bocca è fruttata frutta gialla melone marmellata di pesche caramello, carbonazione moderata, corpo rotondo, dolce con amaro moderato. Piacevole, un po' grezzina ma si beve bene. c. Fatti una birra 04.06.21

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige fine persistente, colore ambrato carico/rosso limpido, al naso frutta matura caramello miele, in bocca malto frutta secca miele prugna uvetta sotto spirito, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, oily, alcool perfettamente bilanciato dall’elevata dolcezza, amaro moderato. bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine persistente, color marrone torbido, al naso caramello zucchero di canna caffè malto tostato spezie frutta matura esteri, in bocca caramello frutta matura Rum uvetta sotto spirito malto tostato, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, l’alcool c’è ma ben bilanciato, molto dolce con amaro accentuato.
