Draft. A- Weak, wheat, subtle honey. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Honey, dry, wheat, subtle spice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, abrupt finish. O- I’ve had their original honey wheat and it’s okay. I don’t know what the Cellerman series did to it but it did make it a little better. Feels like it might have been aged in oak barrels. The honey was very prominent and gave it a really unique taste. It was certainly all about the honey in this one.

Draft. A- Banana, subtle bubblegum, spices, subtle honey, wheat. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Banana, spices, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- A great beer. I’d like to know more about what exactly the cellarman series is about. Very easy to drink and balanced. Their board said this was 7.5% and I have a bit of a hard time believing that but I’m sure it’s the truth. It goes down like it’s 3% though! Great and true to the style.

Draft. A- Apples, wheat, slightly sweet. A- Light yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Apples, wheat, sweet, refreshing. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, fruity finish. O- Deciding how I really felt here. It was okay but not spectacular. The apple was fairly natural tasting and not overly sweet, but it wasn’t much better than a simple cider.

P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, soft finish. O- Pretty standard by all means although not as crisp as you may expect from a Pilsner and a littly bit of nuttiness to it.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum, compliments of queenholly, best by February 29, 2015, can poured into a weizen glass. Aroma is light honey, medium/light body, medium/light carbonation, and a little small-bubble lacing. Taste is light honey and wheat. Average wheat beer with a little honey to improve it a little.

Refrigerated can, from queenholly, poured into a weizen glass. Dark brown with big light brown head. Aroma is banana, medium body, medium/light carbonation, creamy texture, and little lacing. Taste is dark malt, chocolate, coffee, hints of banana. If I drank this blindly I would guess coffee stout, but has subtle dunkelweizen characteristics. Thanks for another state tick queenholly.

Draft @ brewery. Sweet caramel malt and orange hops aroma. Clear amber with a moderate beige head. Sweet piney orange hops, caramel malt, and earthy/woody flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. I was told they used the peated malt that they use for the scottish in this one, so it’s not really smoked. I didn’t think the flavor had any smoked character, but it was still a nice solid IPA

Draft @ brewery. Pumpkin spices (cinnamon, ginger, clove, etc) aroma. Deep brassy gold with a large white head. Huge spice bomb aroma, heavy on earthy ginger. According to the brewer, this is a spice beer, and no pumpkin was used, just pumpkin spices. Medium body, soft carbonation.
