Can courtesy of HuskerTan, thanks! Slightly hazy golden amber color, white head. Aroma of hopped caramel. Taste is peppery, fruity. OK.

Draft. A- Vanilla, marshmallow, subtle cocoa, soft. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Watery, vanilla, cream, cocoa. P- Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- So hard to decide how I feel about it. The nose was pretty nice but then the body was a very weakened water version of the smell. Retained a beautiful head but it just didn’t quite make it from good to great.

Draft. A- Spices, subtle pumpkin. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Huge spice, nutmeg, subtle pumpkin. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Holy spice. This is loaded with every spice in the cabinet. Cloves, coriander, nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon. Needs to calm down on the spice and focus on the pumpkin. Plus the name. I thought it was going to be a saison/farmhouse ale. Then I was delivered a pumpkin ale that just didn’t cut it.

Draft. A- Malty, light, roasty, cocoa, dry. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Malty, watery, roasty, cocoa, dry. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, soft dry finish. O- It’s okay. The body is beautiful and the head never fades and looks great. It’s fairly dry and a little on the watery side and light on the palate.

Draft. A- Smoke, peat, malty, toffee, caramel. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Peat, woody, burnt, toffee, caramel, smoke, rubber. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, smoky finish. O- This wasn’t quite as malty as other scottish ales I’ve had but it had a lot of smoke and burnt flavors to it. Almost like someone threw a tire, a log, and some heath toffee bars into a pot and boiled them together. It’s not horrid but I just don’t think I’d go after it again.

Draft. A- Banana, spices, bubblegum, wheat. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Banana, spices, bubblegum, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- A textbook hefe. Certainly not to Weihenstephaner quality but nonetheless a good beer. Balanced among all the flavors and quite easy to drink.

Draft. A- Apples, sweet, tart. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Apples, slightly tart, slightly sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Not too shabby. Lots of apple here and just the right amount of tartness and sweetness.

Draft. A- Bubblegum, banana, spices. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Bubblegum, banana, wheat, spices. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, refreshing finish. O- I love my witbiers. For all purposes, this really seemed more like a hefe but I guess there was enough characteristics to classify it as a wit. There wasn’t much orange or coriander from what I could tell though. Tons of bubblegum in both the aroma and on the palate.
