Undated can from Jow, thanks! Drunk 11/21/24. Clear, bright golden-to-light-amber with a large, creamy, well-retained head. Yeah that's actually pretty well-done with the honey fermented out, leaving its spicy fermentation profile behind alongside nutty wheat and light white bread. Straightforward, peppery, biscuity, bready with a bit of residual honey sweetness. Clean. In the mouth it's...uhh..well, a wheat beer, I guess, with a lot of adjunct sugar (the honey) artificially bolstering the abv without the resulting bolster of the body. It's clean and all, but I'm not trying to drink a frickin 7.5% abv beer that has all the flavor and complexity of a 4% abv beer. A bit of honey for fermentation character would be fine, but they've gone too far! At least it's clean, thank god.

Draft. A- Malt. A- Copper color, clear liquid, white head. T- Malt, grains, fake vanilla. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- This sucks. I love a good alt and the base of this beer doesn't even hit that, but then some artificial vanilla feels like it was tossed in last minute for fun. Interesting concept, terrible execution.

Draft. A- Wheat, mild gum, clove. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Gum, clove, wheat, yeasty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, yeasty finish. O- I jus can't taste banana in a hefe anymore. Well made but doesn't impress me like a hefe used to. Felt a touch heavy at times. Overall pleasant.

Draft. A- Mild lemon, grains. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grains, soft, slightly sweet, mild gum. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nice solid lager. A little soft but good.

Draft. A- Malty, bland. A- Brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Malty, caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Not as big as they claimed it to be. 8% is not a big beer. Pretty one dimensional. Really lacks complexity.

From my 12 days of Christmas pack.
No dating on the can.
It pours a cloudy orange almost honey colour with an ample head of foam that sticks around. So does the lacing.
In the smell, I get orange zest, coriander, light cloves and a honey like or maybe candi sugar sweetness.
Taste wise, there no surprises. It matches the smell to a t. Well the cloves are slightly more prominent.
Body is rather light and finishes on the thin side.
Overall it is enjoyable but one can is enough for me.

12oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice jalapeños spice notes. Taste is more of the nice jalapeños spice and a little heat. I had a crowler of pickle beer and did a little spicy pickle blend that worked very nice.

Sample at GABF 10/05/2019, thanks to kathryneels for assistance with note-taking. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of grassy hop, fruity yeast and malt. The finish is clean and fruity with a mild hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
