33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is vegetable and sellery spiced/herbal. Toasted malty and caramelish. Bitter, dry herbal and light grassy. Ends dry and bitter.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Odd celery aroma. Medium body, caramellish, tart, cinnamon accents. No real bitterness. Obviously has a lactic infection. 040113

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted and vegetable fruity. Spiced. Citric, cardemomme and ginger spiced flavoured. Bitter and dry cinnamon/cardemomme toasted malty finish.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Very deep ambery brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, berries, some mild roast and ashes along with mild toffee. Flavour is ripe fruits, some ashes, roast and mild toffee. Also mild warming spicy notes.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sour malt - yeast, moderate yeasty, cabage water. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, sour yeast, malt, fruity. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Bottle @ French Oktoberfest Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a small off white head. Fruit, alcohol, dust and cellar. Thin. Filth!

Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy. [20120421]
