4th June 2010 - Bottle at Bir & Fud. Huge thanks to the owners for this beer on the house! Opaque black beer, small tan head. Light dry palate. Lots of dark malt which is a little smoky and a little chalky. Some chocolate. Fairly hoppy and spicy. A little banana in the undertone. Finishes dry. Complex but not that well joined up.

Bottle at RBNAG-2009. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast, orange. Flavour is fruit, malt, yeast, hop, orange, spices. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle, at RBNAG-09. A hazy, yellow-golden beer topped by a cute, finger-thick, dense off-white head. Chalky, orangey and perfumed nose with some pale malts. The flavor has pale malts in the back, with citrus and flowers up front. Grapefruit-like bitterness finishes it off in a nice way. Medium body, quite effervescent. A refreshing beer indeed, but seems to be slightly infected. 091107

Small offwhite head. Hazy amber body with floaties. Fruity alcoholic orangey aroma with citric notes. Dry-sweetish tobacco citric fruity oranges taste with herbal notes. Mid-to-light body. Dry resiny orangey aftertaste. Quite nice. (0.33l bottle shared by KnutAlbert.)

Medium offwhite head. Deep yellow body. Light fruity alcoholic aroma with malty notes. Dry-sweetish strawy sugary fruity taste with alcoholic herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Dryish mealy herbal grainy fruity aftertaste. Quite nice. (0.33l bottle. Label says 7.5%.)

330 ml bottle sampled@RBNAG 2009, Vatlandsvåg. Hazy yellow/orange body with a medium size, dense off-white head. Refreshing, fruity aroma with spices, banana and yeast. Flavor is quite refreshing, a bit fruity acidic, grapefruit bitter, spicy and yeast. Medium body, quite nice and refreshing, moderate bitter but still a pronounced flavor with a long spicy finish. Could be more exiting, still nice and refreshing.

Bottle, ABV 4.7%, at RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg, thanks to KnutAlbert. Cloudy golden/blonde colour, moderate head. Pleasant aroma of Belgian yeast with a mild spiciness, and an inviting fruitiness. Zesty mouthfeel. The flavour has also pleasant notes of mild spices, fruity in the middle, slightly peppery and moderately hoppy finish.
