Süß-säuerlicher Geruch, schöne, leicht trübe bernstein-braune Farbe. Sehr interessanter Antrunk - erst säuerlich-neutral und dann entfaltet sich innerhalb weniger Sekunden ein richtig vollmundiger, süffig-cremiger, aber nach diesem Antrunk erschlagender Hauptteil. Säuerliche Röstmalzaromen, cremiger Kaffee mit cremiger Milchschokolade. Komplexe, leckere Aromen. Der Nachgeschmack ist langanhaltend, schön ausgewogen röstmalzig-herb und schön nach Espresso mit Schokolade. Schöner, cremig-beständiger Schaum. Der Antrunk ist mild-laff-wässrig. Im Hauptteil wird das Bier komisch-muffig, und leicht herb-bitter. Schlecht zu beschreiben, aber irgendwie komisch! Schöne, dunkelorangene Farbe, mild-süßlicher Geruch. Der Antrunk mild-süßlich, schön weich mit Honiganklänge. Im Hauptteil kommt eine angenehme Hopfennote hinzu, die gut in das etwas dunklere, leicht muffige Gesamtbild passt. Die Honigaromen werden ausgeprägter, aber das Bier wirkt dennoch nicht dickflüssig. Die Hefearomen sorgen für die angenehme mild-weiche Note. Der Nachgeschmack ist rund, leicht süßlich und angenehm mild. --> Leckerer, frischer Bock. Lecker! Der Antrunk ist frisch-süffig-säuerlich, zum Hauptteil kommt eine leichte Herbe hinzu, zusammen mit angenehmer Hefigkeit, die sich aber sehr im Hintergrund hält. --> ein sehr schön mildes und frisches Bier, sehr süffig!
