Bottle shared by Kan, thanks! Pours a cloudy pale gold with a large white head that dissipated quickly to the edges. Aroma has a bit of spiciness and funk with a nice grain note and a bit of fruit and floral notes underlying. Flavor is a bit more earthy with a nice malt note with some brett and floral notes. There is a bit of spiciness that rounds out the beer nicely.

750 ml bottle shared by Bill. Pour is hazed golden with a two inch white head. Aroma is peppercorn, along with malt wheat, and a tangy sourness. Taste is vegetal, along with the very mildly tangy sourness and a nice earthiness. Palate is medium, bone dry. Perhaps a bit over spiced, but nice enough and easy to drink.

Bottle thanks to thirdeye11 via bu11zeye. Pours with a golden body with a white head that slowly fades. Aromas of red wine, honey soaked corn bread, notes of pedio and light funk. A bit buttery. Flavor is lightly acidic, honey, sugar cookies, shortbread, lightly sour, some barrel. Lively bubbles. Dry. Light oxidation.

Bottle thanks to thirdeye11 via bu11zeye. Pours with a large white head over a clear golden body. Aroma of brett funk, horseblanket, lemon, burnt rubber, thistle, hay, burnt, honeycomb. Flavors of lemon, grainy, harsh rubber. Very brett dominant, lactic acids are a bit masked in the back ground. Lively bubbles. Dry mouthfeel.

Bottle thanks to someone at Bobby’s tasting. Pours with a clear golden body and a white head. Aroma is grainy, phenolic, and sour. Taste is lightly sour, fruity and heavy brett phenolics. Lively bubbles with a dry mouthfeel.

Another bottle from hopdog, thanks Steve. has a light gush from the bottle and then a big head, beautiful head with a sticky lacing. Aroma is, well, divine. First there is light cherry brett, than strawberry bubblegum (not from esters), and some unobtrusive grainy barrel. Brett is present with some sweet Belgian maltiness. Flavor thins out a bit more, its brett-centric, with sweet pit. This evaporates nicely off my palate and a nice aftertaste of musky and mineral flavors. A bit of a bitter grainy kick at the end. Beautiful aroma and a great mouthfeel.

October 2009 bottle thanks to thirdeye11. Gusher. Pours with a tan head that fades over a hazed copper body. Aroma of oak, spice, caramel, alcohol and red wine florals. Taste is spicy, oaky, wine, caramel, alcohol. Good! Lively bubbles, alcohol.

2007 bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge, off-white head over a hazy amber body. Aroma of raisins, currant and marmalade. A bit of caramel. Taste is dark fruits, caramel and alcohol. Thick mouthfeel. Creamy carbonation.

750 ml waxed dipped bottle, shared by beastiefan2k. October 2009 on label. Pour is hazed orange brown copper with a two inch light tan head that falls pretty quick. Aroma is big vegetable and yeast spice, followed by oak and light earthy sour. Taste is clove, light sour malt, citrus, buttery oak and wood. The Brett comes out in the finish, leathery earthiness. Taste lingers quite a bit with the barrel woodiness. Palate is medium bodied, slick mouthfeel, flavors linger and last. Nice one, thanks Eugene.
