Bottled at PBF. Hazy pale amber, minimal head. Sweet and fruity. Full bodied with sticky mouthfeel. Birch sap and syrup. Some perfume. Heavy handed sticky beer, not related to any known Frebnch beer style.

On tap at GABF. Pours with a hazed yellow body with a small white head. Aromas are estery and a bit phenolic. Pear, apple, grainy. A bit of sour fruit and a hint of earthy funk. Flavors are a bit of sour apple, grassy, grainy, light brett perhaps. Lively bubbles and dry. Tasty. Bottle version seemed quite a bit more sour.
