Draft at the Canal St location. 12 oz glass shows light retention with light legs of lace. Even when warm the pine is light, moderate amount of crystal malts. Body is on the light side as the style would lead you to believe. The finish has light sweetness that balance the hop profile. Pretty tame. Take it for what it is worth.

Draft. A yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of blueberries and malt .The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and blueberries. The body is light.

Draft. A dark brown beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, and lighter notes of bread and fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Can in Salisbury. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds musty grains, lemon, some citrus rind. Light sweet flavor with prominent citrusy tartness, some wood, berries, earthy hops; seems like this beer is infected. Light in body with average to lively carbonation. Finishes with some lemony tartness, mild grass and wood, some berries, damp earth. Quite interesting, though certainly not anywhere near as intended.

Growler. Pours yellow gold white head. Nose/taste of tropical fruit, citrus, florals and lemon - medium body.

On tap. White rung for a head and pale yellw color. A-sweet light malt/corn (there’s no corn in there per Ben). T-grain/hay/light malt, slight hops.

On tap. Light tan head and mahogany color. A-tobacco/soft smoke, roasty- dark malt. T-tobacco/soft smoke/roasty, molasses/dark malt, some earthy hops.

On tap. Thin white head and pale yellow color. A-sweet floral/fruity, some light malt. T-follows

On tap. White head and gold color. A-citrus zest-orange/pineapple. T-sweet citrus zest/spice hops, second light malt.
