Glowing, turbid, bright golden peach. Heavily frothy white head fades rapidly to a ring.
Pear-peach-mineral-nectarine and white grape with spicy, dank, green, forest notes. Excellent, impressive Galaxy expression! Light, biscuit and cracker behind it, with low yeast character and no resin, alcohol or flaw.
In mouth it continues to show no twang or resin with a soft, malty texture and near-perfect Galaxy character with spicy melon rind in addition. Light honey and biscuit for more heft, but it's dry and not too thick or creamy. Engaging carbonation, tons of lime, passion fruit, white wine and spice. Love it.
