On at at the brewery. Dull tan, aroma is off. Taste is cidery, apples, thin, tart, and with a little butyric. Er...no.

Hazy amber and thin head. Aroma is piney and a bit weedy. Modest bitterness, sweeter in character, with a bit of a doughy malt character.

At the brewery. Medium amber, thin head, aroma is more biscuits than anything but the taste is fruity and fairly bubblegummy. Finish is on the sweeter side with a lot of bubblegum.

Deep red with a tan head. Malty and light earth notes, with a sweet toasted caramel backbone. Easy going and tasty. Not a very memorable beer, but a good evening drinker.

22 oz. bottle, pours an opaque orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some wood, and caramel malts. Flavour is hugely malty and sweet, with caramel, bready malt sweetness, and resinous hops. Way too much malt sweetness for my taste, but it's not a disaster by any means. It's okay.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of floral hops and some diacetyl in there. Flavour is rather messy, with a mix of floral hops, some saison yeast, and crackery notes. Not especially complex, but everything works well enough. Decent stuff.

Had this a second time and the diacetyl was certainly cleared up. Smelled and tasted more like a rustic farmhouse saison. Very clean and pleasant. My rating reflects this better experience.

On tap at Sound, pours a hazy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a good mix of resinous hops, stone fruits and bready malt. Flavour has got some off notes, with medicinal cough syrup notes, resinous hops and cloyingly sweet caramel. Something wrong here. Cloyingly sweet and medicinal. Either it needs work or it's just off.

On tap at Sound, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malts that dominate. Flavour is bland, with toasted malt and bready notes. Pretty bland and weak, but no off-notes. Okay.

On tap at Sound, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings herbal and piney hops upfront, with biscuity malt to back. Flavour reveals loads of piney hops, some dry spicy herbal hops, and bready notes. Well-constructed and balanced. Really nice IPA

On tap at Sound, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of piney hops and Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops and Belgian yeast upfront, with a dry biscuity note on the finish. Well-balanced and fairly complex. Good stuff.
