bottle. Black Pour, small mocha head. Aroma of subtly fruity malts, dark roast coffee, light cocoa. Thin mouth feel for the style, soft carb. Alcohol is well hidden, finish is a bit thin, more strong roast, and coffee.

Clear, dark copper pour, with a large off white head. The aroma is loaded with sticky, resinous pine notes. Some candied, slightly citrusy zest. Light lemon, and grapefruit. Some sweet, and malty cereals, hints of nuts and some bread. Viscous mouthfeel, good carb.. Medium to high mouth feel, more resinous pine, slightly soapy, but we’ll balance with some, semi sweet bready malts. Alcohol is well hidden, a well balanced old school dipa.

Tap at Grub. Nice enough, lots of weizen characteristics, but maybe more sweet and creamy. Smells doughy. Quite nice but not sure.

Tap at Beerttoria. Sticky, caramel, bit of sweetness, bit of tropical fruit but mainly caramel. Nice little spike in there. Nice.
