11 oz draft pour at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with little head. Hop forward big sweet caramel aroma. Smooth flavor with candy malt and a bitter hop finish. Very smooth for a double digit abv. Not bad.

13 oz draft pour at the brewery. Pours a cloudy apple juice color worth a patchy head. Lemon citrus aroma with a hop presence. Flavor closely matches with some lemon, and a grassy finish. Tasty saison overall.

Bottle - Woody almost Cedar, orange and resin with a tropical sweetness. Clear copper with a decent white head. Orange, resit, the rye comes through and some boozy notes. A bit of heat on the throat. Aroma is nice, but the booze overwhelms the taste.

Bottle, tasting at Ferris’
Dark amber color, clean, with small head. The aroma is a bit cheesy, some Parmigiano Reggiano. Decent body strength, just moderate sweetness; some caramel flavor, some malt, light Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and a fair amount of bitterness, and hop resins.
Good beer, nothing exceptional though,

Dark amber color with small head. The aroma is very nutty; dark caramel, solid wood furniture, grains; really good. Dry mouthfeel; the flavor focuses on dark caramel with grainy malt, correct bitterness.
Fantastic aroma, ok flavor.

Golden color, hazy, medium sized head. The aroma is huge, very floral, elderflower, sweet, light anise. Good body strength; there are residual sugars, but it’s not too sweet; it’s a bit woody, soapy, flowery, a bit too boozy too.
Weird but a funny and interesting experiment.

Bottle - Herbal, sweet and perfumy. Clear dark gold with a small white head. Sweet, Apple, herbal and botanical notes. Smells great, but herbal sweet notes in the taste are a bit much.
