Cloudy dark blond colour. I like the malt base very much, sweet, bread, with candy hops and a hint of citrus peel.
Nice.

Small can at Alex's. Appearence: a hazy golden with a white head Aroma: citrusy but with some unpleasant a bit dirty notes that remind me kerosene somehow Taste: similar Overall: there is some good stuff going here in terms of grapefruit notes, but there are lots of unpleasant stuff as well

12 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of grapefruit jice, with citrus hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of ascorbic grapefruit juice, subdued citrus hops and biscuity malt. Nice grapefruit character here, but pretty simple. Meh.

Hazy and light amber. This has a little bit of a cardboard note, with a mellow grapefruit. It seems a bit old, lacking brightness, with decent bitterness and a touch of grapefruit.

Canned. Thank you Jacob and Peter for the state tick! Orange and hazy with a foamy white head that soon dissipates. Aroma somewhat in the direction of a Weizen with the wheat and banana overtones. Noticeable pineapple in the background. Taste is both sweet and tart, full of banana, pineapple syrup and yeasty white bread. Body is medium, well carbonated at the outset, although this soon fades. An odd one but interesting and refreshing on a hot summer day.

24 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/14/2017. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, white grape/wine, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, toasted biscuit, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, grapefruit juice, and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big juicy ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, white grape/wine, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper, pine, toasted biscuit, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, white grape/wine, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper, pine, toasted biscuit, light caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, grapefruit juice, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and slightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.6%. Overall this is a very nice fruited IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, grapefruit juice, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish, not aggressive. Nice Galaxy/Nelson hop showcase. Juicy and lightly dank hops/fruit; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Held up well for the age.

32oz crowler pours with a murky hazy nearly opaque dirty copper gold body that supports an equally dirty white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up cantaloupe, guava and peach with a faint sense of oaty maltiness in the background. The taste delivers smooth soft juicy notes of pillowy cantaloupe, ripe peach and tangy guava rimmed thinly by a mild tangerine sensation. Into the finish the palate picks up a wafer thin oat softness to help round out the experience. Nice offering.

12 oz. can. Almost clear yellow color, thin layer of head. Aroma is mild lemon, light yeast, almost no banana. Flavor shows again, citrus. Soft white bread, and the weakest amount of banana when warm. Body is light and ends on notes of lemon. More on the American wheat ale side rather than a true German. Still palatable.
