Aroma and tastes is floral and citus, light malts
A decent IPA, clean.

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours oily black-brown with a thick, beige foam head. Dark chocolate on the nose with suggestions of spicy peppers. Medium sweet flavor with pleasant, bittersweet cocoa, coffee, moderate roast and subtle spice. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some chocolates malts, mild peppery spice on the back of the tongue, light earthy bitterness. Decent beer.

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBwG 2013. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Plenty of dusty pale malts here, sweet white bread, light floral bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, more pale malts, white bread. Very simple beer, pretty sweet. So so.

Tap at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours dark gold with a wicked tight off-white foam head. Perfumey hops in the nose, flowers and pine. Medium sweet flavor, some toasted bread, spicy pine, light caramel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with light resinous pine, some notes of gritty earth, dry caramel, brown bread. So so.

Keg at Seven Bridges during RBWG 2013. Pours clear yellow with a small, white foam head. Decent stuff, sugary white bread, mellow cereal and hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Does sit a bit heavy on the tongue. Sweet finish, low bitterness. Simple, sweet.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, toasted, light light hoppy, grass notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120419]

Sampled at GABF on Saturday October 13, second sessionFrom the both "Big River Grille and Brewing" Chattanooga, TN, as "Pop’s Strong Scotch Ale".Clear dark brown color, tan head. Sweet, malty, fruity scent. Fruity, caramel, sugary taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry finish.
