Golden, slight haze, not much head. Fruity, spicy nose, lots of ginger, malts are a bit gluey. Meh.

Gold, not much head. Appley, husky, bit astringent. Poor malt character, and nothing else to cover that up.

Draft pour at Big Time. Slightly closer to a traditional IPA in my opinion opposed to a typical white IPA. No complaints fun me for a beer that's not typical though. Clean and clear golden pour. A slightly sweeter caramel malt paired with a floral like hop aroma. Sweet, heavy malt forward flavor. Plenty of interesting hop character to follow. Bitter hop linger. Decent IPA here.

Draft pour at Big Time. Interesting beer here, which is a big plus for me being a wheat ale. Any time a once considered boring style is given an interesting take, I can enjoy it. Golden color, clean. Mild aroma, with hops over wheat. Flavor is a floral front, almost fruity. Wheat doesn't come in until late, but clearly there. Just enough wheat to please if that's your flavor profile. Nice drinking wheat here. Liked this.

Draft pour pint at Big Time. Traveled many miles on foot to get here, so it may seem extra good and refreshing to me. A bright golden pour. Flavor and aroma both keep a consistent sweet malt, with the advertised typical hop profile taking a back seat. A little I the juicy side. Maybe a bit to sweet with the fruit like impression here. Still, tasty and drinks easy. Good IPA.

Backlog. Amber. Smells like a classic, chewy IIPA. The taste is mellower, not surprising since it's light for the style. Smooth, and balanced, and not particularly chewy, just drinks like a big IPA. Some late diacetyl undermines this, however.

Backlog. A mellow "saison pale ale" with a spicy-yeasty character. Light amber colour. Decent, just light esters and it's fairly bitter through the middle and dry enough in the finish to work.

Backlog. Fun brew. Lots of azacca character, quite fruity, with a lot of bitterness and a relatively clean malt background. Good body for an ISA as wel.l

Copper. Powerful sweet booze up front. Caramel, sweet ripe fruit, dough, toffee, and more booze. Finish is lingering boozy heat and a sweet toffee note forms, as well. Medium to full bodied. I wasnβt expecting quite the boozy profile but once I got past that it was really a nice BW.
