Draft pour pint at Big Time. I always knew I liked this place, but spending the last couple days here with nothing but my thoughts and a RateBeer app, I’ve really brown a stronger appreciation for their beer and their history. Half the time I rate beer from Big Time, I laugh, because the local RB crew all rated it already back when I was practically still in high school. I’m catching up! Slowly. Pours a shiny golden color with a patchy head. Noticeable bright juicy aroma and flavor. A great showcase for Citra hops here. Surprisingly sweet. Lingering hop constant. I feel like the sweetness slightly interferes with the drinkability, but not enough to be a problem. Overall a pleasant smash here. Looking forward to the next one.

Draft pour pint at Big Time. This year happens to be an extra exciting one for football in WA, and it is always exciting for beer around here, so the combination seemed to be a no brainer. Draft pour pint at Big Time, the heart of the University district (in my opinion). Light, clear golden pour with a rocky foam head. Starting to think this is the drinking game beer around here. Very light, gentle, and hardly tastes like anything. Near absent aroma of.floral and grain. Minimal flavor of grains, and citrus. A slight cool to it. Not.enough flavor to be bad. Bland, plain, tastes watered down more than anything. Disappointed, but in no way upset.

Draft 7 oz pour at Big Time. Pours a shiny orange color with no head or lacing. High carb appearance. Looks more like a soda than a beer. Sweet, floral, Belgian yeast aroma. Thick body, bold orange fruits, Belgian yeast, solid floral background. A little heat in there, but expected. A one of a kind beer here for sure, and very interesting. Strange as well, though they admit that themselves. Pretty good.
