Bottle. Clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma of apples, grains, lemons and alcohol. Taste follows aroma. Moderate to strong grainy bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Uncomfortably boozy and neither very balanced nor tasty.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of cloves, banana and wheat. Flavors follow same with additional dull citrus and coriander.

Can shared by Joen. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, average hoppiness, decent hoppy bitters. Oh well. Not too bad.

Fles 30cl thuis. Vroeger een top pilsener, echter heb ik de indruk dat sinds de overname door Heineken de smaak behoorlijk minder geworden is. Drink het daarom tegewoordig ook minder. Een mooi lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is behoorlijk bitter hoppig, zeker voor een bier uit Nederland.

0.33 l can from 'AH XL', best before September 2025. A little hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of passion fruit, pineapple and lemon peel. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral taste of grains, lemon peel, passion fruit and pineapple, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable, not really a NEIPA but just a hoppy ale. Quite okay as such.

Op tap in Paradiso (Stereolab). Weinig geur, maar dat kan ook de ambiance zijn. In de mond is het vrij zoet, caramel, iets fruit. Smaak is (boven)gemiddeld bitter met iets zoet. Medium body. Vrij bittere finish, wat gronderig.
