Box @ Ye Olde Cider Bar, Newton Abbot. Misty pale scrumpy gold appearance. Aroma of gently fruity perry pear fruit. Flavour profile comes across more like a clean scrumpy cider, with perhaps a hint of Perry fruit in the background, finishing dry. Deceptively drinkable scrumpy perry.

BIAB at Exeter Festival of Beer 2024. Pours light hazed pale straw with translucent bubbles. Mellow fruit, pear & apple, light funk. Light to moderate sweet, towards dry on the palate. Light to medium body with low carbonation. Nice.

Bottle 750ml. corked.Clear medium yellow orange colour, initial with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sour apples,apple vinegar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart apples, dry, light sweet apple vinegar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20120812]

Bottled@chriso. Golden colour, not too much head. Aroma is glue, apples, some vinegar. Flavour is fruity, apples, dry wood and some mild yeastyness. A bit dull.
