33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is flat wheaty to light breadish. Wheaty, dry estery and light bitter. Mild phenolic and vague estery dry. Medium malty and dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, yeast, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry spicy finish.

cloudy yellow, smooth offwhite head. aroma is mild, yeasty, slightly roasted malty. flavor is flowery, slightly woody, malty, almost citrussy notes too.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Heavy estery and yeasty nose. Medium body, some sweet overripe fruit - tropical fruit, mango? Lightly phenollic with no real evident hops or alcohol. Sort of enjoyable in a rustic way. 210113

Bottle thanks to Shay and Lorraine. Pours black with light tan head. Nose and taste of toasted grain, liquid smoke, light peat and toasted chocolate malt. Lighter bodied. Slightly metallic.

Bottle 330ml. @ PBF2012.ABV: 6.0%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, shoe shine. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, roasted, dark fruit - raisin, fruity- raisin sour notes, smoke notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120728]

Deep brown color, steady beige head. Coffee, paper and cough syrup. Also smoked. Light to medium-bodied. Smoke, HP sauce, molasses and some papery hops in the flavor. Kind of raw syrupy flavor.

Bottled at PBF, thanks DSG. Very dark brown, coarse head. Aroma of milk chocolate. Dryish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fudge and lemon pepper. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled@PBF2012. Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is mild roasted malts, some slight smoked notes as well as some slight ashyness. Flavour is caramel, ashes, some slight bent wood as well as some slight toffeeish notes.
