Pours a light caramel copper. White lacy thin head. Not much aroma. Malty taste with some hops watery.

Draught from taproom. Golden pour. Toffee nose. Grains and hops. Kind of a meh finish.

Good aroma of hops, but not what i would expect in a DIPA. Flavour is more malty than hoppy i found, the hops for some reason seem subdued. A decent DIPA< but would benefit from some more hops to create a better balance.

12 ounce bottle. Found this at Super Buy-Rite in Jersey City in July. Go figure. Mahogany brown color. Small creamy beige head. Roasted malt nose hints at cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor follows nose. Dark malts, holiday spices and the like. Notes of dark dried fruit and burnt sugar. Overall, a typical Xmas Ale with subtle holiday notes throughout. 7.5% ABV is well hidden.

At Alamo: pours hazy yellow orange with white head. Aroma is banana and spice. Light bodied, but the taste is right for a hefe. Sweetness is not over the top either, which is a plus.
