Description
The Brasserie des Râteliers produces noble craft beers of top fermentation, applying the techniques of Flemish master brewers. These beers are brewed, aged and packaged from Gâtinais malts by the team of workers from ESAT.

Hazy amber with a tiny white head. Fruity aroma with plenty of yeast and wheat notes. Flavour had yeast, rubber and fruity notes. Finished dry and fruity.

Hazy amber witth a tiny off white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with corinander and malty notes. Flavour had coriander, yeast and fruity hints. Finished dry.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium body, again a massive carbonation, lots of fruit and yeast with a dry finish. Very mediocre. 100410

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy greyish yellow with a white head. Very perfumy coriander nose. Light body, massive carbonation with a tart fruitiness and loads of spices. Dry finish. 100410

Bottle 750ml.Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity, pepper, light leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Bottle 330ml.Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate yeasty, light barnyard, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and burned rubber. Flavour had burned rubber, yeasty and malty notes.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy golden color. Strange but not bad aroma, spices and vegetables. Sweetish flavor, quite spicy and dry. Very light vegetables. Not bad.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thick cream colored head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and lacto acid. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, citrus, lemongrass, and some malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
