Description
The Brasserie des Râteliers produces noble craft beers of top fermentation, applying the techniques of Flemish master brewers. These beers are brewed, aged and packaged from Gâtinais malts by the team of workers from ESAT.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry phenolic and light malty. Smooth malty, light caramelish and phenolic. Smooth caramelish and light fruity flavoured. Light caramelish and phenolic into the finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours deep golden with quite some haze and a creamy off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with Belgian yeast accents. Medium body, fruity and yeasty with a tired mouthfeel. Heavily carbonated with quite some phenols and an astringent finish. Not so interesting. 100110

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a cream colored head. The aroma has notes of yeast, straw, and unfermented wort. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some citrus, leading to a citrusy hayish finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is dry wheaty and phenolic. Smooth bubblegum and light wheaty flavoured. Dry wheaty and mild estery to wheaty. Dry and wheaty finish.

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a tan head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with light notes of chocolate, herbs, and spices. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of malt and herbs.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet citrysy. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and medium notes of citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange to amber with a slowly collapsing white head. Yeasty and caramelish aroma. Sweet caramelish and light yeasty fruity flavoured. Sweet finish with a lingering caramelish note.

Hazy amber with tiny off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and caramel notes. Sweet flavor with cardbaord, spices and mild caramel notes. Ends sweet.
