Bottle shared with, and courtesy of a large huddled group of emperor penguins in Deanso’s living room. Very hazy orange with a medium off white head. Aroma of spicy hops, light fruits, citrus and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is tropical citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry resin light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle, 5.5% at Dog Step, Bangkok. Poured a translucent yellow straw colour with a few short lived bubbles. The aroma is yeast, sweet apple. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a light crispy yesty fruity light acidic palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter with a big fresh woody fruit hop, light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lovely and fresh with bags of fruit. One of the best Thai beers I’ve tasted.
