Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and hints of hops. Sweet malty flavour with diacetyl, malt, butter and caramel notes. Finished sweet.

Clear amber with a medium sized beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and mild hoppy notes. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and grassy hops. Finished bitter.

Clear amber with a medium beige head. Sweet yeasty aroma with toasted malt, wheat and hints of fruits. Flavour was sweet with toasted malt, caramel and wheat notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle bought at the brewery, 4.5%. Citric and teaish aroma. Quite cloudy oange colour. Small white head. Fruity citric notes, reminding me of a very mild lambiek. Also a little earth mold notes. All in all actually not bad.

(Bottle 100 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, off-white head. Plenty of banana esters in the nose - and yeast. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel, sweet banana accents, yeast and cloves and a light touch of phenols. A light and friendly Hefe. 060708

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer wtih an off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana, and so is the flavor though also with a note of straw. Thanks a lot yespr for briging this to Copenhagen and sharing.

Handbottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of barnyard as well as straw. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of straw and citrus, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks yespr for bringing back this seldom beer to Copenhagen and sharing.

1L syphon. Pours hazy orange with a crispy and a slowly collapsing white head. Light butterish and ester aroma. Flavour is mild sweet initially and shows a more pronounced wheaty flavour joing into this. Interestingly there is also a decent caramel malt base. Mix of caramel and wheat into the finish.
