Bottled. A light golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, honey, and flowers, leading to a dry sirupy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, probably from the fair by the Siebensterngasse, Wien. Poured a relatively pale golden body. Waxy sourish honey nose, reminiscent of cherry pips at times. Sweetish, slightly bready, slightly tast taste. Not much complexity to it, a typical mead. Some burn in the finish. Drinkable enough, but just one in the crowd.
