The Yeastie Boys - Stu McKinlay and Sam Possenniskie are the dynamic duo of New Zealand's craft beer scene. They burst onto the beer landscape with two trophies for their flagship porter Pot Kettle Black at BrewNZ 2009 and have remained firmly ensconced there ever since.

Yeastie Boys is a deliciously irreverent brewing company and, quite possibly, the world's smallest multinational. We take beer and people very seriously... everything else is unmitigated fun!

We brew in opposite ends of the earth - New Zealand, Australia & United Kingdom - to keep the world in good beer balance.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange colored brew with an dry bitter taste, hints of grapefruit and tea. Till now the best beer i drunked from New Zealand.

Can 0,33ltr at het Klooster, Delft: Hazy orange colored brew with an dry bitter taste, hints of caramel, citrus and pine. Spot-on classic IPA for sure.

I hate to say this, but it's rather one note. At first taste the notes are bright, but the hops do not match up to the name, 'aggressive' .

Hazy yellow pour with a lasting white head. Aromas of grain, malt, citrus. Taste is quite similar. Easy drinking.

440ml can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light mango notes and some sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet mango some citrus and a little grass on the end.

440ml can from Kura’s Krafts, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mangoes. The flavour is light bitter and sweet, with a light, slightly watery, herbal, light mango, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Not particularly inspiring.

330ml can at Farmers Bar, Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a somewhat light, watery, smooth, mango passionfruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. Quite poor if I’m completely honest. Light weak and watery.
