500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde - no head. Aroma is quite odd, with stewed peaches, a whiskey (without the heat) quality and perfumey notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with peaches, a touch of bandy, and perfume. On the higher end of the sweetness spectrum. Simple and rather strange. Not a very good integration. Okay.

Draft - Green apple and tannins. Clear gold. Sweet apple and a long sweet finish. Honey doesn’t really come through.

Draft - Sweet apple with an odd note which I think is the peach. Pale yellow with no head. Sweet light apple and something that may be peach. Peach is dominated so that you can’t really tell, but that odd sweetness is nice.

Pale yellow color. Finally a semi sweet cider (rare in the PNW), with a decent fruity presence (aroma and flavor), a bit more perfumy than usual (probably the peach, but tastes and smells more like ripe pear), with light final astringency. The alcohol is well masked.
Very pleasant to drink, I can picture myself drinking a couple of glasses of this.

Bottle, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white ring of head. Nose brings out medium sweet green apples, with a nice earthy tone to it. Flavour is low-to-medium sweet, with dry green apples upfront, followed by some earthiness, and then a touch of sweetness, ending on dry earthy notes. Very nicely rounded and balanced. Good stuff.

On cask at 12 Kings, pours a hazy blonde with no head. Nose brings out medium sweet apples along with dry floral hops. Flavour is more or less the same, with a nice floral / perfume-accepted dry hop characteristic over top dry apples. Low acidity and fairly low sugar. Well-balanced, but nothing overly special.

Apple, strong, similar to the scrumpy with apple juice and booze. Not exactly a refined cider.

Hazy dull light amber color with no head. It’s moderately sweet, a bit boozy, with light carbonation; mild spice presence, but with too much star anise for my liking ( or anything that tastes similar); also some nutmeg apparently.
Would be OK mulled, for who likes them; but there is very little cider quality here, just an impression of stewed apples.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a tiny head. Nose is very sweet, with candied apples, a touch of spice, and some alcohol. Flavour is very sweet and spicy, with lots of caramel candied apple combined with holiday spices (nutmeg, ginger, etc.). Nicely balanced and drinkable in smaller amounts - wouldn't want a glass of this.

Draft - Green apple and a nice sweetness. Cleanish light gold with no head. Sweet apple, rich meaty apple notes, dry and only a hit of booze. Decent.
