Cloudy blond and orange color, some head. The cider base is still noticeable, the cherry is very delicate, the acidity is mild but pleasant, and it’s fairly sweet, therefore it’s refreshing, balanced and easy to drink.

Cloudy yellow color. Funky aroma like true French ciders. Good body strength, good flavors, apple cider, wood, tannins, but the alcohol is too strong and spoils a bit the balance.
Interesting and complex, for a local cider. Boozy but good.

Draft - Blueberry. Pinkish red. Leafy and grassy with lots of herbal notes. Blueberry comes through but a bit to late to quell the herbal notes.
