Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Very pale color, cloudy, opaque. Tastes like some lime juice in mild cider, mild acidity. Pleasant drink, hardly interesting as cider though.

Very pale color. Off-dry a bit of acetic acid, a bit of lemon, quite simple, like most PNW Ciders.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Murky pale blond color. Semi dry; it has only little of the Cider character, but the ginger is delicate and so wisely infused that the result is really surprisingly harmonious.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy dark blond color, no head. Not as dry as advertised, it has enough character, a bit astringent, apple cider flavor, a pleasant degree of acidity, light acetic acid, a hint of apricots, and a nice alcohol kick.

Soft, with a food most, moderately sweet, this is like a pineapple candy, without edges, well constructed.
Very pleasant.

Cask at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy dark blond color. Flat, a bit too warm, but it has interesting notes of elderflowers and bilberry liquor. Rather dry, but soft.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Pale blond color, hazy. Semi sweet, with mild notes of stewed apple and cinnamon, and strong cinnamon flavor together with the sweet apple cider. At least it has a decent degree of acidity.
Pleasant.

Cloudy blond color. At first the smoke aroma seems interesting, reminds me a bit of chipotle, but the flavor is weird, a bit off putting, it has some ashtray feeling, the acidity doesn’t work well with the smoke; there’s some chili kick.
Not bad, but weird.

Very pale. Clear. Appley nose. Light body, apples. Dryish finish. Clean, though not super complex. Ok basic cider.

Rich amber colour. Apple nose. On the palate, just a light appley character, bit watery, just altogether understated. Some apple juice character but on the whole it’s too light for me.
