27/1/2023. Cask at the 14th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours hazy pale orange gold with minimal head. Aroma is floral, orange peel, fragrant tea. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, lightly spiced. Moderate body, low carbonation.

A small taste from wiosna (tap) @ Angleterre. Pours very dark brown with a low tan head. Aroma is dry roasted malts with some coffee. Flavor is dry roasted malts, coffee, ashtray, hops. Good.

Keg @ Hop O’Clock Craft Beer Shop, York. Hazy light yellow-gold with a thick head. Has a sessionable light fruitiness in both aroma and taste.

Canned (from Alko Web). Black colour, small reddish brown head, which vanishes quickly. Aroma is raspberries, chocolate, some roast, alcohol and mild syrupy tones. Flavour is chocolate, roasted, mild syrupy tones with quite a bunch of raspberries. Overly sweet. The Mastiff album is kind of nice though.
