Bottle in Genoa, purchased from an Enoteca on the seafront parade. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Light palate, a little soft and a little dry. Mild carbonated sting. Mild honey with a little citrus orange. Crispy semi dry finish. Okay. No idea it had chesnuts in!

Bottle. It’s a hazy, golden-orange beer topped by a creamy, off-white head. Sugary nose with a touch of citrus and pine cones. White sugar. The flavor is sweet and fruity, with a pleasant bitterness. There’s also something in the finish that’s not very pleasant. Not sure what it is. Medium body, quite dry. Anyway, not a beer I’d drink much of. 111126

Bottle. It’s lightly unclear, golden in color and with a small, white head. Lightly lemon peelish aroma, with a quite pleasant blend of malts and white sugar. Medium body, a bit sticky and carbonated. The flavor is a bit sweetish, with a nice maltyness and fruityness too. Lacking on bitterness I think, all the way. A decent spelt beer, not impressive. 111126
