From 33cl bottle. Pours dark brown with white foam. Aroma is chestnuts and spices, roasted malts. Body is dense, nice carbonation, stickiness. Taste is sweet, only limited bitterness. Finish is long and sweet.

50 cl bottle. Blond color, hazed, short bubbly white head. Earthy grains (spelt) dough and yeast, carboard, light to medium body, flattish taste a bit sour. Feels raw, earthy, unrefined.

Bottle courtesy of Dazz3 shared at tasting. Pours hazy reddish golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and tiny sour with bread, strawberries, lemon balm, black pepper and lemon zest. Taste is sweet with bread, cereal, overripe banana, cardboard, rotten lemons, mango and hints of chestnut. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky sweet, tiny tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny tart with banana, cardboard, green grapes and lemon zest.

Smell is sweet, herbal and malty with bread, strawberries, lemon balm, metal and cereal. Taste is sweet with bread, overripe banana, overripe grapes, strawberries and hay. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky sweet and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet with bread, banana and cloves.

Smell is very sweet with overripe strawberries, banana candy, cleanser, bread and lighter fluid. Taste is sweet with cardboard, rotten pears, overripe pineapple and cleanser. Mouthfeel is sticky sweet, light bodied and frankly quite weird. Finish is sweet and chemical with rotten fruits and hints of old bread. Revolting...

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, candy yeast, yeast, light coriander yeast, peach - orange. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111126]
