Bottle. golden-yellow colour with a white head. aroma is fruit, dust, yeast, wheat. Flavour is fruit, yeast, dust, malt, tropical fruit, hop. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavour is sweet, fruit, malt, hay, hop, caramel. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color, small white coca-cola head. Aroma of lemon, apricot, peach. Taste is lemony straw. Little carbonation. Hmm.

Arôme malté, caramel restant très subtile, le tout reste vraiment très faible dans les indications d’une stout. En bouche, malt en retrait mais restant néanmoins plus en avant que le houblon, ce dernier rajoute une amertume citronnée. Le malt donne un palais sec, allant vers un profile cendre pour une pointe de fumé. Reste dans la lignée des autres bières, stout facile à boire mais qui malheureusement tombe court de me satisfaire au niveau d’une stout.

Arôme est épicé rappelant l’anis, herbacé, fleuri avec ce côté de levure renfermée/cave. En bouche, malt, léger herbacé, anisé, houblon laissant une amertume modérée, le tout sur un côté de foin avec en fin de bouche, un malt léger cara/munich. Reste monodimensionnelle, légère sans vraiment mettre en avant les atouts du malt ou des houblons.

En bouche, grains, malté, orge, légère amertume sur un houblon fruités savonneux, sec en bouche gardant un léger pétillant. Levure rappelle plus un cidre, le tout restant trop axé sur le grains.

Pour une bière blanche de style belge, cette dernière est vraiment trompeuse sur la couleur. Arôme malté, grains rappelant un peu une pâte à pâtissier dans la levure. En bouche, le fruité est très modéré voire quasi absent de ce que l’on s’imagine pour une blanche. Je note un fruité léger avec une absence d’épices, le tout marqué par un peu d’orange. Le profile belge est absent, le tout rappelant plus une levure allemande avec une pointe d’ester pomme. Reste fruitée, fleurie avec en fin de bouche un côté mielleux fleuri. Le tout est fade, et garde ce profile très français. Pas mauvaise, mais terriblement banale.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. IMO a bit borring and nothing ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottle, 5%. Hazy dark brown colour, quite dark. Small stable tan head. The flavour is citric with a little hint of coffee and fruit. Roasted, I suppose, but no more than most stouts.
