Enjoyed on tap at Redmond Ridge Golf Club. Quite a nice find, and when I had the choice between macro A, macro B, macro C, semi macro D, or this awesome brew, I should have ordered 6 of them. I do still have a round I need to get through! Clean golden orange pour, soft fizzing head. Rich with ripe fruit, grassy hops, forest cool hoppy bitterness, long lingering biscuit malt finish. Easy drinking imperial, and I'm still certain that mosaic is the greatest hop of all time. Exhibit A. Flavorful, refreshing imperial. Yes!

The description on the can doesn't list chiles as an ingredient, which is good, because there are none on the palate. But without the chiles, I'm not sure why this beer is a Mexican stout; it's pretty much a straightforward peanut butter cup beer through-and-through, with a huge flood of milk chocolate followed by an equal amount of nuttiness. Lactose adds vanilla and a ton of sweetness to the back end. Sugary but not unbearably indulgent. Still not my thing.

Tall can from Cave Beer Point. Canned on Mar 26, 2020 but not that fresh seeming. Slightly translucent orange-copper pour with fine bright white head and thin white layer on top of the beer. Aroma is banana and pineapple and copper tang malt - a bit past fresh. Taste is boozy bitter dull melon pineapple - again, a bit past fresh maybe, but can imagine it’d even better fresh. Lasting warmth and some malty tang on the finish. Might try if I saw it super fresh.

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is peanut butter. Flavor is pretty much all peanut butter with a small minor chocolate. I don't know about calling this a Mexican stout. There is no heat from any chilies. Just calling this a peanut butter stout would have been better as the peanut butter is pretty much all this has.

In der Nase schonmal den Namensgeber voll getroffen. Im Trunk fruchtig, harzig, leicht itchy, Mango, dabei aber nicht süß, leicht alkoholisch.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Hazy orange golden, fizzy head. Tropical aroma with some funky notes. Light fruity flavors, tiki punch, and a small bitter bite.
