Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up at The Hop Pocket, Bishops Frome, Herefordshire Summer 2011 Nice tart and sweet carbonation. Nice fizziness but not overly carbonated. Nice bit of zappy apple, really fruity and invigorating cider, lovely stuff. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of brugmansia. It’s a clear, golden cider with some off-white head soon diminishing into a layer of bubbles. A bit on the sweet side in the aroma, mostly apples, but with a lightly spiced touch. The flavor is pretty much the same, although a bit on the sweet side it’s nice. Would of course like it a tad drier. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. A nice one. 110129

Cask handpull at Southampton Arms. Gold with a slight haze no head. Very appley fruit almost eaters rather than regular cider apples here. Good apple juice. So some dryness but not huge tannin until the finish when the gums get a good savaging. Tasty apple juice but lacks the structure of something with more obvious cider apples
