75cl bottle at Delirium. Pours unclear orange with a creamy white foam and lacings. Nose and taste are both wonderful. Smooth and unoffensive in a good way. Earthy, crisp, dry, leather, barnyard, wood. Pleasant sourness. A sour bite which I would describe as velvet. Quenching and crisp. Soooo Nice. PS. Buy it in Liedekercke instead. More than 20 Euros cheaper there. Hehe Achtung - It is no longer cheaper in Liedekercke. Bottle @ Too many geuze’s only one toilet, Ulfborg 2012. Pink grape, leather, dust, mould, cellar, bretty and dry. 4,3.

Handpump at Lambicodroom. Unclear copper amber with a full bubble head. Nose is classic 3 fonteinen but sweet of caramel, sugar and bread. Smooth and full bodied. Vague notes of cellar and pleasantly sour. Drinkable and fresh Faro. One of the best in its category . .

My 2300th rating: 75cl bottle. Bottled December 1998. Pours slight unclear orange amber with a good white lasting foam. Plenty of carbonation still. The aroma is smooth and mellow, Sour, dusty, acidic and grapes. Complex and wonderfully balanced. Barnyard and woody notes. Smooth and full bodied. Dry and crisp. So mellow, smooth and complex. Worth the wait, time and money. Hell yeah. Re-rate: Bottle @ Too many geuze’s only one toilet, Ulfborg 2012. Mould and cellar. Aged. Barnyard and dust. Subdued and smooth. If you have a bottle drink it now!

75 cl bottle dated 25 May 99. Pours cloudy light ruby. Aroma of berries and apple. Taste of wet horse and yeast, with the raspberries shining through nicely. A winner. Second taste, bottle on 12 May 2012. Sweet raspberries are fighting the earthiness of the geuze. Should do nicely in time. 3.5.

37 5 cl bottle dated 10 04 2004. Cloudy straw colored, small white head. Aroma of barnyard animals. Big dry sour flavor with must and grapefruit. Nicely complex. 750 ml bottle dated December 1997, no label, consumed on 19 December 2009. More animals in the aroma. Much more dry and complex, longer finish. An amazing brew. Bumps taste & aroma up a notch. 750 ml bottle labeled 1999, consumed April 2010. Still dry and dusty, less so than the 1997. Very tasty, makes me really look forward to trying the Millennium.
