Can: Poured a brown color ale with a light foamy head with minimal retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramel notes with some light roasted flavors. Taste is also a mix of caramel notes with some roasted mat notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK irish ale but lacking character.

Yea n tap at BitterCreek, Boise. Very pale faint yellow with a thin fine white head. Big fresh light citrus and tropical notes. Lemon Feels way smaller than 7% full smooth pithy bitterness. Clean finish. Quite good

355ml can. Pours a clear red amber with a small, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of toasted caramel malt, raisin and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, raisin, earth and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Pretty standard Red Ale.

355ml can. Pours a cloudy gold yellow with yeast particles in suspension and a large, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick, soapy patches of lace. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange peel, pineapple, cantaloupe, mango, apricot, earthy yeast and herbal hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and enjoyable.

19.2oz can from Boise Co-op. Dark golden body of rough pour yields a thick, foamy white head that lasts. Aroma is malty, hoppy, woody, earthy. Taste follows with toffee malts and a nice helping of bittering hops, piney, mild astringency. Light sweetness.

Medium brown, thin head. Touch of phenol on the nose with the sugary, figgy malts. Good malt body, the oak brings dryness and toastiness to the finish. Light fruitiness but that lends a pleasant accent to the rich malt. Solid scotch ale.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, resilient white foamy head, streaky lacing. Malty aroma with some citrusy hops in the back. Taste is orange peel, pine, toasty malts. Hoppy, but not as much as you would think for a DIPA.
