22 oz. bottle, pours vibrant hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma of hops, herbal notes, wood, pine and grass. Flavour of syrupy caramel malts, some subdued resinous hops, and more caramel. Way too cloying and syrupy, but still fairly pleasant. Decent stuff.

Bottle - thanks brewolf. Dark chestnut brown pour with a thin beige head. Nose is fruity, vanilla, molasses, and oak. Tastes sweet and seemingly like the samoa cookies girl scouts sell... Vanilla, coconut, chocolate, caramel, and light oak. Really nice on the palate. Fun Brew; I could drink this all the time.

This was solid, not not spectacular. Brown color. Sweet with brown sugar and some caramel. Lager yeast, and bocky all around.

Sampled at 99 Bottles just outside Seattle, pours dark amber. Aroma and flavour are a perfect smoky balance of malts and caramel, with a bit of wood and oak.

Courtesy of sebletitje. Pours bright amber with thin off white head. The aroma is malts and dark fruitiness with a background of booze. The taste is smooth and rich with chewy rich malts mixing with pears, prunes, ripe cherries and dates. It moves into a bit of earthiness as the finish draws closer. Very nice superposition of flavors.

22 oz bottle purchased at Bottleworks in Seattle, Washington. The label was marked as Big Dady’s ESB with an ABV listed as 8%. Pour is darker golden, with a 1/2 inch white head that falls quick. Aroma of bright grainy hop and toasty bready malt. Fresh and clean. Taste is the toasty malt, with a nice grainy slight resin hop edge towards the end. Palate is medium thin, clean, medium to high carbonation - taste gets a little muddled in the finish. Nice enough. Based on the taste, I don’t think this was actually 8%, the 5.3% listed here seems more reasonable.

Bomber shared by Enniskillen from the brewpub. Nose of banana, cloves, and light bubblegum. Very lightly hazed rust with a medium beige head. Flavor is some pepperiness, caramel, bubblegum, and very light bitterness, lasting into the finish with a maple note. Great stuff, got to get to the brewpub! Great as it ages although Enniskillen thinks it’s too carbonated. I like the pepperiness the carbonation gives.

Bomber shared by Enniskillen.Nose is caramel with chocolate and some vanilla and bubblegum. Heavenly smelling brown. Clear reddish brown with a medium, glass-lacing beige head. Flavor is taosty with caramel and some background vanilla. Nice brew!

22 oz bomber courtesy of bvc. Poured into my .4 L Kulmbacher glass. Pour is hazed yellow golden with visible carbonation and a frothy 3 inch white head. Head is very lasting. Some patchy lacing lines the glass as the head eventually falls. Aroma of clove, citric wheatiness and a nice banana orange fruitiness in behind that. Taste is the wheat initially, with a nice mineral somewhat sour bite, following behind that is the clove and some dry white pepper in the finish. Clean, and refreshing. Palate is medium, unfiltered and very drinkable. Nice one, thanks Brandon.
