Gulbrun klar med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete gjær, krydder og noe søtlig frukt. Søt litt syrligbitter smak. Noe pepperig dyp fruktsødme og gjær. Kort. Noe oljete.

3oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest 2016 pours a hazy gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has flower pollen, honey, straw, grist, cornmeal. Flavor has so much honey, light lemon, pollen, straw... but a ton of honey and yeast.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, biscuity malt, and a touch of floral quality. Flavour is along the same lines, with simple Belgian yeast, followed by dry biscuity malt. Clean and drinkable enough, with not much complexity. Decent stuff.

Albert Heyn. Smaakt meer als een tripel dan een blonde. Zurig, fris, erg droog en dan een zoet weeig waterig moutig smaakje erachteraan. Backlog from 2015/03/27.
