From a 355ml bottle on 22/7/2014. Pours a murky apricot with a small uneven head. Has quite a strong malt dominated aroma of caramel and toffee. Flavour wise, it’s very malt forward - more sweet caramel and toffee, along with some stone fruit. This is set off against some lovely, lingering, big resiny hops. Has a slightly creamy palate and quite lively carbonation. At 7%, I’m not sure it really is a DIPA, but it’s actually very enjoyable, and criminally under-rated on here imo.

From a 355ml bottle on 21/7/2014. Pours a deep golden with the barest of heads. Has a mild aroma with some vanilla presenting. The flavour is similar - quite a dollop of caramel and butterscotch maltiness, a dash of vanilla, with a medium, somewhat spicy bitterness finishing things off. Has a fullish body and slightly above average carbonation. A bit unusual and quite enjoy enjoyable.

From a 355ml bottle on 20/7/2014. Pours a very dark brown with a small head. Has a strong and quite pleasant smoky aroma, but with less bacon than you often get with smoked brews. The smoke is relatively subtle in the mouth but compliments sweet chocolate, a touch of dark fruit and spice, and a nice roasty lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This is a really impressive, cohesive brew and definitely one of the best smoked beers I’ve had. Lovely stuff.

Bottle. A- Vanilla, caramel, pine. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Vanilla tootsie rolls, subtle caramel, slightly hoppy. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- I was unsure about this at first, but ultimately ended up enjoying it quite a bit. The vanilla helps to mask virtually all of the bitterness. If it wasn’t for the label, I’d never guess this is a pale ale. Smooth, slightly sweet, and very enjoyable.

Gold Yellow Color, Slightly Hazy, Good Retention Foamy Head, Decent Lacing. Faint Strawberry Aroma. Slightly Sweet, Some Yeast, Light Bitter Finish. Too Carbonated. Not Really a Belgian nor Whitbier. More like a mediocre Fruit Beer With Artificial Flavor. Drinkable but nothing extraordinary. Pass It...
