Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours light gold with a few light bubbles. Has the apple/cinnamon aroma, so label is appropriate. Near medium body for cider. Flavor starts somewhat tart and cinnamon, flows down to less tart and cinnamon. Flavor balance seems good. Don’t know if a whole bomber of cinnamon is going to go well all the way, but ...

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a white wine glass. Clear red with small light pink head. Aroma is cherry, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is sweet slightly-tart cherry and apples. The cherry is a little medicinal for me, not heavy in any way, but hard for me to drink the whole bottle due to the sweetness.

Draft at beer fest at Paramount Studios on 4/6/2013. Serious backlog addition here. Poured a hazy dark purple soda color, mostly still. Aroma was berry, grape, and light apple notes. Light tartness, with berry and light sweet apple juice. Light tartness. Alcohol pretty well masked.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shop. Pours an odd near-copper color with no head. Aroma of mildly tart cherry. Med body, maybe. The cherry tart is far from Scharbeekse, but it’s certainly tart. Develops a hint of sugar, but it doesn’t even reach sweet/tart. Pretty nice.

Alright, in an effort to appease my cider cohorts, I shall say something about this.
The appearance was a hazy golden burnt orange to yellow color with a fast rising carbonation escaping towards the dieing head. Wait a minute, what head, as it’s bubbly and quickly dieing.
The smell had a light sweet apple with a fairly decent sweet hay to honey weirdness (sorry, there’s something different than most ciders I’ve had that allows something different in this one).
The taste was mainly sweet but still had a light weird hay - like / maybe grassy sweetish sort of sugary - ness going on.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly sharp carbonation running about it. Sessionable, hmmmm...not really.
Overall, decent for a cider, nice to try but nothing to really go back to.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark purple/red with a transient pinkish head. Aroma of dark berries and apples. Med minus body. Flavor is rather tart. Lots of berry. Apple follows later. Tho I am beginning to think the apple supplies the tart. Even tho tart, it reminds me of the olden days drinking glass after glass of boysenberry juice at Knotts Berry Farm.
