Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, toasted, caramel, dusty, bock alike, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, smooth, dry, caramel, malty. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, spicy, soapy, citrus - fruity notes, dry. Bottle, 75cl. It pours and unclear, dark amber body and a finger-thick, beige head. It has some light sourish notes on the aroma, with toffee and roasted hints. Sourish flavor too, quite pleasant though, with toffee and a nice bitterness. Medium to full body, rather dry. A quite decent one, not much reminiscent of a bock though. 110820

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly unclear, golden-orange beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has a light sourish fruityness, green pine cones and caramel maltyness. Caramel maltyness, citrusy fruityness and a pleasant bitterness in the flavor. Medium body, quite dry. Not any favorite of mine, doesn’t seem enitrely clean either. 110820

Pours hazy dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
