330ml bottle from Good Spirits Co. Very dark brown with a this off white head. Aroma is rich, treacle, red wine, fruit cake, chocolate, leather. Flavour is all of the above with a slight tartness. Excellent

330ml bottle from Aldi. Clear, light golden with an initially fluffy white head. Sweet, grassy aroma, flavour is a bit lacking tbh. Crisp and a little sweet, but not very memorable

On keg at Lebowskis. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - sweetcorn. Cooked greens. Light hop spice. Taste - pale malt, citrus and more hop spice. Palate - light bodied, long lean and extremely bitter. Overall - a good example of the style. It's got a level of bitterness that would work well on a hot day.

On keg at Lebowskis. Appearance - hazy golden. Nice head. Looks more like a kristallweizen. Nose - light banana and malt. Creamy. Taste - as with the nose. Light banana. Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy. Clean finish. Overall - looks and drinks more like a kristallweizen. But decent.

Bottle from Aldi. It pours clear rich gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, doughy white bread, toasty grain, sponge cake and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, grassy bitterness, toasty grain, metallic twang and doughy white bread. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Quenching, with a good deal of bitterness. Nice pils.

330ml bottle. Clear, golden with a decent white head. Fruity aroma, flavour is sweet malt with plenty of grassy hop bitterness. Can't believe I've never rated this before
