On tap at Town Hall Lanes. Pours as clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has lots of hay and straw with a slight sweetness and a touch of freshly cut grass. Flavor has a combination of straw, grass and a nice crispness.

Growler split at RB best awards tasting, big thanks to Jack, 30/01/16. Black with a big ole tan covering, a real looker. Nose is pine needle, spice, black pepper, charr, dark berry fruits. Taste comprises light cocoa powder, dank hop drool, pine, light ashen notes, grain. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a skunky hop rinse. Solid CDA.

Growler shared during the RateBeer Best awards ceremony bottle share. Pours rich brown with a creamy, tan head. Good roasty aroma, with touches of burnt pine. Medium sweet flavour with notes of baking cocoa, pine and earth. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Dry and ashy on the finish, with more baking cocoa and scorched pine. Solid CDA.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has strong roasted malts and bourbon notes supported by dark grains, dark fruits and a touch of wine. Flavor has a dry red wine note with strong dark grains, roasted malts and a bit of dark chocolate.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a very deep amber with a touch of ruby and a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of strong bourbon, oak, sweet grains, caramel and a hint of toffee. Flavor has a bit more balance with sweet bourbon, toffee, caramel and a bit of dry red wine in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber with a copper hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of bourbon with sweet grains and some dark fruits underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and caramel up front with a strong bourbon finish supported by a bit of dark fruits.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear syrupy fold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of red wine supported by sweet grains, light apple and Belgian yeast. Flavor has more of a bourbon presence up frith with growing sweet grains, light fruits, Belgian yeast and a hint of a dry red wine finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich mango note with some citrus and a bit of habanero underlying. Flavor has lots of mango with sweet citrus and a backbone of sweet grain and habanero.
