This was on the board as Fresh Hop 100, assuming this is the correct listing. Shaker pint draft at Town Hall Tap in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a hazed golden orange with a well formed 1/2 inch dirty white head. The aroma is fresh grass and a slight fruit citrus hop. The taste is all about the fresh grassy herbal hops. There is some hay, and the beer finishes with a nice mineral flavor. Pine and citrus peel hop come out as it warms. Hop forward, not much in the way of malt character. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral grass dry clean finish. Nice showcase for the fresh hop.

Autumn Brew Review 2015. 9% seems high for a saison. Copper color. Some lime. A friend said an earlier sample was sour.A little spice, some yeast. Some fruit, and the high alcohol is only minimally present in the flavor and aroma.

Growler, big thanks to Jack. It pours clear dark amber with a decent yellow - white head. The nose is fresh, piney, caramel, varnish, juicy peach, stewed orange and pumpkin pie. The taste is bitter - sweet, decent malt back-bone, caramel, pine, varnish, earth, peppery, peach, resin and brown bread with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good old-skool malty IPA.
